This is what a letter to the advice seeker would look like. I would address the problem and give an answer. I may even give multiple ideas. Then I would sign. If I don't sign please disregard the advice, and comment immeditately. I may have just forgotten, and I will sign, but someone might have hacked my account. Please take notice.

Welcome
Hello, and welcome to my advice column. Here I will do my best to answer questions, and give advice to the best of my ability. I know that I also have the advice page on Geocities, but please do not use that one. This is my new official advice column. Here I will give you instructions on how to use this blog. If you would like to ask a question please comment on the link provided. http://advicecommentsgs.blogspot.com/
I will put up a post and if you have a need for advice you will put your comment on the post containing your question and any other information. This webpage is where you will see the answer. advicecommentsgs.blogspot.com is only used for me to collect advice requests. If you or any other user has a comment on advice I have given, please comment on this page. I would really appreciate it. The following is an example.
step one-you need advice, go to http://advicecommentsgs.blogspot.com/
step two-comment on the default post with your inquiry and any other info
step three-allow 2-3 days for a response(make sure you are checking this site, http://therightadvice.blogspot.com/
step four-you want to comment on the advice i gave you, so you comment on your personal response post on this page

You may be wondering what a personal response post is. It is simply the response that I give to your question. It will be titled Dear (Your Name Here), and the post will be a note from me. Keep in mind that this is an advice collumn, and I respect your privacy. If you don't want me to know your true identity PLEASE USE A PEN-NAME. If you are a blogger member and you don't want me to see who you are, please do not use your blogger identity when commenting on the advice request page.
